How long does shipping take, what are the costs, and how can I know if my order has been processed? Do you offer international shipping?

We offer shipping to destinations within and outside the European Union. Delivery times may vary depending on the location, and the buyer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply. Within Spain (mainland), standard shipping usually takes 7-10 days. The Canary and Balearic Islands may have additional delivery times due to their location, and international shipments take between 20-30 days. The cost will be calculated at checkout. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details, and once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with the tracking number.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make modifications or cancellations. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing the purchase.

Can I get a refund if an item arrives damaged?
If the item you receive is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We are committed to offering a swift solution, either through a change or replacement.

Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept exchanges for another item within 30 days of receiving the order, provided the item has not been used and is in its original packaging. Return and exchange shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to help you select an option that suits your needs. Please note that we do not accept exchanges on custom-made or personalized items.

How are Vassaga garments produced?
All our garments are designed and produced in Spain, under the direct supervision of the designer, using carefully selected materials. Some pieces are made to order to avoid overproduction, and we also offer the possibility of custom-made garments upon request. For more details, please contact us through our contact page.

Do you have a loyalty or rewards program?
Currently, we do not offer a loyalty program, but we invite you to follow us on our social media to stay updated on our latest news, exclusive launches, and special promotions.
